RingCentral and Vodafone have announced they are extending their shared Vodafone Business UC solution to over 30 markets by early 2025, including South America, the Middle East, Africa, further EU countries, and Asia Pacific.

In an expansion of their longstanding strategic partnership, the businesses also announced that they will begin offering Vodafone Business Contact Center with RingCentral, powered by RingCX.

Vodafone Business is enhancing its customer service capabilities by integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) into its existing Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution, Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral. This strategic move will empower its global customer base to deliver superior customer experiences.

Vodafone Business UC with RingCentral, the shared comprehensive cloud-based communications solution, is currently available in 20 markets across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. This platform allows businesses to unify messaging, video meetings, fax, file sharing, and virtual phone systems through a single user interface.

Accessible on any internet-enabled device, it supports hybrid working models globally, intending to empower employees to seamlessly access the same suite of services from any location or device, be it at home, in the office, or on the go.

This service equips agents with advanced AI tools, such as call summaries, transcripts, automated scorecards, conversational insights, and coaching, to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Additionally, it provides vital data insights and supports over 20 digital channels, including voice, web, messaging, and popular social media platforms. Initially launching in the UK, with plans to expand to Germany later in the year, Vodafone Business aims to offer this service across various markets gradually.
